Nancy Falconi

Nancy Falconi B.A. (hon) M.I.R.H.R. | Photography Based Artist, Educator. | For Nancy it was not until half way through her life that she reconnected with her childhood passion for photography. She had completely abandoned all creative pursuits at the age of 5, to concentrate on more “serious subjects”. Her career started in Banking & Human Resource Management and then to teaching in the Business Faculty at Seneca College & York University. In 2002 she started her photography business. Her photography has been featured in numerous publications, licensed through Getty Images and her fine art work can be found in galleries and private collections. In 2010 she was asked by the Toronto Camera Club to speak about the articles she had written in her Abintra blog. Abintra means “from within’ in Latin and the blog articles summarized her personal story about rediscovering her passion for photography and the steps she had followed. Nancy’s online school and courses she teaches stemmed from that first invitation for Nancy to share her story. The online school consists of photography based art courses that combine photography with numerous fine art mediums as well as her Creative Heart ™️ work. Her courses are suitable for all levels and backgrounds. They are also perfect for those who would like to pick up a creative pursuit without a background in fine art and especially for those who abandoned their creative side for a long time.
